Creating a new users in the Contacts Manager:

  1. From the Mantis Dashboard, rollover the "Managers" text at the top right of the screen and click on “Contacts”
  2. To add a new users, click the green “Add Contact” button.
  3. Enter in a User Name, set a password and confirm in “change password”, you can set the sign up type for the user, normally left as Manual Input.
  4. Select the user type, this will be used for password protected areas of the site.
  5. Click Add Contact, you can now send this login information to the user, you can also now click their username in the contacts list and update additional information like email, address, phone number etc.
